My name is Julie Hanley and I am an Authorised Civil Celebrant excited about assisting you in the most important part of the day – The Ceremony.

My background in human resources, training, OH&S combined with being an owner of a Corporate Relocation Business has given me empathy and good listening skills - as well as a sense of humour. My daily interaction with people experiencing difficult decisions and life changing events such as moving countries or interstate, changing jobs and of course getting married has taught me to understand the needs of others.

As a Civil Marriage Celebrant I conduct the following weddings and ceremonies. This day is all about you.

:: Wedding Ceremonies

The ceremony is the most important part of your day. Marriage is an exciting time for all involved and it should be remembered that it is your special day. I can suggest and advise on ceremonies however the choice and format is yours to decide. Your wedding ceremony will have all the special elements to make it a unique and memorable experience for yourselves, your family and friends.

:: Commitment Ceremonies

Commitment ceremonies are similar to wedding ceremonies, except it is not legally binding, rather a public affirmation of a couple’s commitment to one another. These types of ceremonies are popular and ideal for same sex relationships.

:: Naming Ceremonies

Naming Days are special occasions when families celebrate the birth of a new baby and the child is formally welcomed into the family and the wider circle of friends.
